Can I change my departure date after submitting my booking form?
No. We are receiving a lot of requests to change departure dates; unfortunately we are not able to accommodate these.
Make sure you are certain about the travel dates you submitted during the online booking process!
Also a reminder to not make any (non-refundable) accommodation bookings prior to receiving your confirmation:
- For Flex: Your track & trace email from Interrail
- For Fix: Your confirmation email sent via the Travel Team from email@example.com
Did you book the flexible Interrail Pass? Then you are in luck: your actual date of departure can be later than the departure date you submitted in the booking form. You can start travelling at any point during your overall validity. However, the starting date of your overall validity period cannot be changed.
