My DiscoverEU 10% discount code is not working. What should I do?

DiscoverEU discount codes are being sent to DiscoverEU travellers around 1 week after you have received your Interrail Pass confirmation. 

If you have received your code, and you have been experiencing problems while trying to use the DiscoverEU discount code it is most likely that you have been using the normal Interrail website.

The discount codes need to be used on the following website instead:  https://www.interrail.eu/en/discovereu-friends-and-family
