What happens after I have scanned my ID?

The ID will be automatically verified. Upon a successfully completed verification, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your travel booking form.

If you do not receive our verification confirmation within 5 minutes after completing the verification scan, please look into your SPAM or ‘Clutter’ mailbox.

We’ll send the email from “verification@start-discover.eu,” so you can quickly search for it. If it isn’t in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
